Fast and Easy Smoked Fish Pasta

This is my go to dinner when I want a meal on the table in under 20 minutes and I don't have a ton of ingredients on hand. While I boil the noodles, (we love Jovial brand brown rice spaghetti) I chop up vegetables like a fresh salsa or pico de gallo. When the noodles are done, I toss it all together with some smoked fish and voila, a smoked fish pasta masterpiece.
