I believe we are all given overwhelming amounts of bad dietary advice. Too many diets out there try to sell us the perfect shake, the magic bar, or pills to make us skinny. Or the advice is completely off track like the nation's dietary guidelines. It was just announced last month that they goofed for the last 30 years and oops, eggs are good for you after all.
There is no "one size fits all" for the perfect diet. We all need to find the unique diet that fits our body's needs, our mental stability and our lifestyle. I offer you the spring detox, a basic elimination diet of the toxic foods that are causing the symptoms of disease in the body. After all weight gain is a symptom of the disease, obesity, and we CAN heal from it.
