One year ago, on Father's Day, my husband helped me launch the Food Foundation Blog. I was so excited, then I promptly dashed to the bathroom to vomit. Why? Nerves, I guess. What if they hate it? What if they leave nasty comments? What if I fail? A public webpage induced so many concerns I had never encountered before. Still, this movement to heal with REAL food was so important to me, I persisted, and wrote 2 articles every week for 1 year.

My biggest success thus far has been my thesis project, the Food Foundation Detox.
