5 Healthy Halloween Treats
So you're invited to a Halloween party and you want to bring a cool treat that's healthy too? Don't worry, I've got you covered with 5 healthy Halloween treats they're going to love. Whether it's a few finger foods for the adults or some sweet pumpkins for your little ones, these snacks are super cute and healthy to boot.
Finger Foods are everyone's favorite at a party, No napkins, no utensils, no mess = no clean up. These little cookies are gluten-free, sugar free, and we made them in 30 minutes. I've never met a soul who didn't like these healthy treats.
Want to serve some ghoulish delights that won't spike the kids blood sugar? Try these banana ghosts and clementine pumpkins. The serving size is just right for little hands.
Try a super fun, interactive treat with kids. We put out the toothpicks, cubes of cheese, grapes, berries, ham, olives, and some pipe cleaners. The kids then transformed them into creepy crawlies. What's more fun than playing with your food?
What do we serve to drink? Kombucha of course, fizzy, strange, and oddly tasting. You could float red raspberries or smashed strawberries to look like blood and add some selzer to really get some fizz.
Building a healthy Food Foundation is not about depriving yourself of treats. We simply see REAL food as the delicious treats and have fun playing with our food.
