Easy Peasy Protein Shake

I'm not really a shake person in the morning, as I would always prefer warm food. But sometimes we've just got to get rolling. The best way to throw together a protein shake is not to turn to a protein powder full of sugars and fillers, but to make a quick smoothie and add in real protein. I call this the Peanut Butter Jelly Shake, because I add fruits, nuts, and it tastes like that old time treat. Try adding in a raw egg yolk to really boost your protein, healthy omega fats, and fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K.
