I'm so excited to be rolling out the new Food Foundation podcast for those that want their holistic tips in an audio format. I love to listen and learn while I finish my mundane chores like washing dishes or watering my garden, try it you may like it too. This first episode is about the detox: why do it and how it works. I discuss the secret to why men often lose more weight than women on the detox and what your food ratios should look like. We discuss good carbs, bad carbs, and the oh so indigestible carbs.

The second podcast will be out this weekend and I'll answer the questions sent to me this week.
