Detox Podcast 2.0
The second podcast is up and answers 3 very good questions about detoxing. I would have called this podcast Detox for Dummies but I hesitate to call anyone in my community dumb. You're so smart for wanting to learn more. I do however, try to break down very complex physiology into super basic terms so that we can start discussing these issues with our health providers or maybe take care of them ourselves.
We discuss how eating healthy fats can help you:
- improve a sluggish hypothyroid
- rev up your metabolism
- lose weight
- reduce inflammation
- and improve your breastmilk
