The third and final podcast for the spring detox is up. You ask the questions and I answer them with the science and physiology in super easy to understand explanations. I begin with the question: "why does it feel like I have to pee all the time when I drink enough water? Listen in to see how to fix this feeling plus why incontinence occurs and how to avoid it.

I talk about cholesterol and the importance of it to maintain a healthy detoxification system. There are many questions about cholesterol, statin drugs, and eating so much fat on the detox, so listen while I break it down.

Finally I squeeze in a quick sleep bit, although I could talk about sleep for hours, you should be sleeping instead if listening to me. ;) So I give a few quick tips on how to catch more zzz's and keep it under 16 minutes for you because I know you're busy.
