Do you think detoxing is a bad idea? It's a funny question because detoxification is an absolute necessary part of our physiology. It should happen naturally. Unfortunately, most of us have gummed up all the detox pathways and sometimes we need to clear them up. If you're looking for a starvation technique that abuses your body by depriving it from nutritious food, then Food Foundation is not for you. We are not about dieting gimmicks that don't work. With Food Foundation I'm trying to educate you how to clear up your detoxification pathways with as little effort as possible. You can do that by starving yourself, losing a bunch of weight, and destroying your metabolism like the The Biggest Losers, or you can try my Spring Detox 2016 and fall in love with your food, your body, and your life!

OK, maybe you've fallen out of love with food because the web is so full of conflicting information, you just don't know what to eat anymore. I get it; I've tried vegetarian, vegan, paleo, and I've followed the Standard American Diet as recommended by our government. I should have known better than to allow politicians to dictate what I eat, but I learned firsthand that the FDA recommended diet will cause pain and disease.

My Food Foundation Detox is the opposite of the SAD diet because it will remove the pain and disease from your body. It's not about starving, calories in - calories out, eating government subsidized craps, ( I mean crops, sorry) or any weird synthetic bars and shakes. It's just about eating the food that nourishes your body and allows it to detox naturally.
