Monkey Mind Podcast

By Jessica Campbell, MS, FNTP

If you've been around here for a while you know that I never imagined I would still be a professional dancer in my 40s. However, because of everything I've learned about nutrition and health, I'm a stronger, healthier dancer now than I ever was in my 20s.

This past week I got to share my story with Danny Perez on the Monkey Mind podcast!

We talked about being a professional athlete, dancing in my 40s, and what functional medicine is all about. It was wonderful to be a part of this conversation and chat with Danny, I hope you check it out!
